Is That You, Santa?

Looking into the near future, Santa is a blurry aberration in comparison to a possible move and a big apple blocking my view. Ergo, I fear that I  won't be able to blog as much as I would hope to. It tends to happen at this most wonderful time of the year that I fill up with words that will inevitably spill over without ever making it onto the blog, which can be quite unfortunate for me without access to a delete key to clean up the dreaded speaking without thinking...
Anyway, here are a few things I am looking forward to about the weekend in New York:
Museums + Galleries, especially to go to a new one, The Pace Gallery to see some Chuck Close pieces:
And then the Cooper-Hewitt,where Lauren took us to the felt exhibit two summers ago,  The Frick, and maybe some MoMA or Guggenheim thrown in there depending on navigatory/weather obstacles...

The new Ralph Lauren store:
Trying this dish from the awesome episode of "The Best Thing I Ever Ate...With Chopsticks:"
Lamb Filets with Cumin from Szechuan Gourmet
Flea Markets, which I would love nothing more than to send things home to the shop...we shall see.
And of course ABC because it's amazing and will surely provide for lots of inspiration for the shop:
Fabric Shopping in the garmet district.

An old school uptown lunch, just like Johnny likes them,  at 21 with a couple of friends:
And while still with Johnny maybe a trip to the Beretta Gallery:
Of course the windows and Christmas tree:
Perhaps a snuggly carriage ride:
Always keeping an eye out for Eloise....
Maybe it will be just cheesy enough to maybe still be romantic?

And of course, more than anything, a chance to be with very dear friends and my Johnny in such a fun city during such a special time of the year.

Other potential fun places:

a place Lauren loved on their last trip: Sushi Yasuda

**Still looking for ideas if you have any suggestions, tips, or must-see/do ideas, I'd love to hear them!**

Hopefully we'll have Wifi on the planes, but if not and if P&S somehow gets lost in the shuffle, I wish you the very merriest of Christmases yet!
