Trust me, this is delicious. 
Just take a cucumber, a bunch of radishes, a bell pepper, a bunch of celery, a zucchini, 3 ears of sweet corn, 2 or 3 tomatoes, and a shallot. Leave it all fresh, even the corn, and chop it up into chunks. Nothing too fine. Then just add some dressing, whatever you want really. A vinaigrette with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper, and some basil on top. It's really dynamite, inexpensive, quick, and I'm no nutritionist but I'm pretty sure you can eat as much of it as you want and only benefit. Double plus. Sooo, be a really good friend and make this for your friends this weekend, or your family, or anyone, because that's what sweet little s'mores do.
